These terms apply to your use of the website at codemint.com.au (the “Site”), operated by Code Mint (“Code Mint”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About these terms
The Site is an information site. It describes what we do and gives you a way to get in touch. It does not sell products, create user accounts or host your content. These terms are therefore short and cover only the Site itself. Nothing on the Site is an offer that can be accepted to form a contract for our services.
2. Our services and client agreements
Any software development, AI solution, consulting or support work we carry out for you is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work or services agreement) that you and Code Mint sign. That agreement sets out the scope, fees, intellectual property, confidentiality, data handling and liability for the engagement. If there is any inconsistency between that agreement and these terms, the agreement prevails for the work it covers.
Descriptions of products, case studies, industries and pricing on the Site are general in nature and are provided to help you decide whether to talk to us. They may be updated or withdrawn at any time and do not form part of any agreement unless expressly included in it.
3. Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes to learn about Code Mint and to contact us. You must not:
- use the Site in a way that breaches any law or infringes anyone’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the systems that serve it, or any data held on them;
- interfere with the Site’s operation, for example by overloading it, introducing malicious code or circumventing its security or bot-protection measures;
- use automated tools to scrape, copy or harvest content from the Site other than ordinary search-engine indexing;
- send abusive, unlawful, misleading or unsolicited commercial messages through the contact form.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time to protect it or the people who use it.
4. Content and intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product names, images, page layouts, code and the “Code Mint” name and logo, is owned by or licensed to Code Mint and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
You may view the Site and print or save pages for your own personal or internal business reference. You must not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission. Third-party trademarks and product names mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those products.
5. Enquiries and the contact form
When you send us an enquiry through the contact form or WhatsApp, you confirm that the details you give are accurate and that you are entitled to share any information you include. Please keep enquiries to a short description of what you want to build; do not send confidential, sensitive or personal information about other people until we have agreed how to handle it.
We aim to reply within a business day, but we cannot guarantee a response time, and a reply to an enquiry is not a commitment to provide services.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or rely on services operated by others, including WhatsApp, Cloudflare and Google Fonts. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link from the Site does not mean we endorse the linked site or service.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
We take care to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the Site’s accuracy, completeness, reliability, security or fitness for a particular purpose, or that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful components.
To the extent permitted by law, Code Mint is not liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or business opportunity) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or anything linked from it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use it and how you can access or correct it. It forms part of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the courts entitled to hear appeals from them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date it was last updated. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
